We are the Mighty Hawks! We are both VEX and FTC team that was established in 2021 at Harmony School of Excellence-Laredo. Our team is composed of five current juniors meeting from Monday to Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm and Friday's from 1 pm to 3 pm.

The Mighty Hawks will work towards achieving several goals for this season, but the most agreed-upon goal is to grow as a team. With this, we mean not just win awards (like the inspire award, the robot design award, etc.), but we also mean to apply our core values, show Gracious Professionalism in competition and throughout our lives, as well as inspire our communities to participate in STEM-based activities.

Team Plan: Our objective this year is to promote STEM through robotics in our community. We believe that we have achieved this goal by participating in STEM-related activities, such as Math and Science UIL, presenting FTC robotics to middle school students that will enter high school next year at our annual STEM Fair, helping younger FLL members with their innovation projects and programming their robots, and presenting our robots to the people of our city in our annual winter parade.
